In conversation: Dr Jan Bryant and Tamsin Green

Please join Dr Jan Bryant and Tamsin Green for an informal conversation about the work  Theft: Prints and Drawings in the Eildon Gallery, Alliance Française. Jan will introduce the themes and references of the work and then pose some questions to the artist. Audience questions will also be welcome.

Dr Jan Bryant
Jan Bryant teaches art history and theory in the Fine Arts Department at Monash University.  Her research and writing is on contemporary art and cinema. She focuses mostly on emerging artists from Australia and New Zealand along with European cinema. Bryant undertook her doctoral study at The University of Melbourne on the Situationists and French philosophy and she continues to have an interest in the interconnection of art, cinema and political theory.
