Key Responsibilities:

 Excellent phone manner and professionalism in both written and verbal communications

• Demonstrate good organisation skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Have a genuine sense of teamwork by supporting colleagues and line managers to achieve common goals and do a great job together.
• Proactively anticipate and address customer needs.
• Must be reliable.
• Must foster genuine connections with children.
• Adaptability to learn various systems and platforms crucial to our Customer Service operations.
• Ability to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, as well as weekends, at different locations (mainly CBD and Caulfield).

Qualifications:

•  Fluent in English (required), with a good working knowledge of French (highly regarded).
• Passion for promoting French language and culture.
• Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
• Previous experience in customer service or related fields preferred.
